@Edward Lee Do they explain what you are about to learn or do you have to just take there word for it and see what happens? Seems kind of red flag Gish to me. Especially, since your prepaying for it. Its like buying a car that the sales guy says, trust me, I cant show it to you or describe what it is, but your gonna love it no matter what. I'm being a little over dramatic but you get the point, LOL!!

@Frankie Joseph Residential for now. Trying to get real time bulk probate, city violations, divorce and pre foreclosure list that is fresh and not having to use a scraper to filter probates. Most aggregators sell old data used on legacy platforms that were built like in 2015 and over charge to give an all in one package. I'm trying to put together a more fluid and robust CRM without breaking the bank or just renting a platform which most people do. Right now I'm just D4D and because I used to door knock and sell solar I know a few good areas I'm working right now. So well see what happens! Good job on your deals btw, that's awesome!!
