Hi Paul. I use LSI on all my pools. I think it’s a differentiator in a crowded market. I can explain to clients what the impact is to their equipment and surfaces is when the “less expensive” services use range chemistry. I position myself as a premium service. As Ed explained, most service apps include this functionality. I use Pool Service Software and it works great.
