Looks like I have some reading to do.
I'm reading John Maxwell's, No Limits
This book is about maximizing your capacity and pulling out the potential in others! I believe we should be good stewards of other people's gifts and talents! This book is inspiring to say the least! A quote from it: "When do I need to be at full energy? It's vital to increase your energy as much as possible. It's also crucial to use the energy you have wisely. Every day I look at my calendar and determine the times that will be crucial to my success and that's when I give 100%. That's the only way you'll reach your capacity." Great stuff!

I love his books. We used 21 laws of leadership in our office to keep our staff working to meet their potential. I feel like there is truth to having a lid and that if we follow others we can’t exceed their lid. Christ liberates us from having a lid. What are your thoughts?
Introduction
Jeremy Garcia here. I am a semi retired Chiropractor. I mostly trade stocks. My big goal for 2025 is to be consistent in my walk with God. Not just when it’s convenient. My flesh has not given me peace. My biggest obstacle is my own self. I need to learn to give up control to the Creator of all.
👋🏻 Hello to Everyone
I’m Bill Mason, a former Blackhawk pilot turned executive coach, leadership mentor, and founder of Rocket Fuel Coach. I help leaders unlock their strengths, resolve conflicts, and build high-performing teams through neuroscience-backed coaching and strengths-based leadership development. I also lead The Ignition Point Skool Community, a space where leaders fuel their growth and ignite their potential. Husband to my Bride Anna, Father to my amazing Son Samuel, Follower of Jesus, Crossfit Athlete, OSU Football, KC Chiefs, Sporting KC Fans! We have spent our entire adult life serving others, first in the military, second through the Non-Profit we work for, and now through our coaching companies. 🎯 My Big Goal for Leadership Development in 2025: To expand Ignition Point into a thriving leadership movement, helping thousands of leaders develop the clarity, courage, and confidence to lead with impact. This includes launching transformational courses like Unleashing the Titan Within and scaling mentorship through The Brotherhood and Rocket Fuel Coach. 🌋 Biggest Challenge to Reaching This Goal: Scaling effectively—balancing deep, personal mentorship while building systems that allow more leaders to experience transformation without losing the relational depth that makes my coaching unique. I’d love to hear from YOU! What’s your #1 leadership development goal for 2025? Let’s make it happen together! 🚀🔥 #Leadership #IgnitionPoint #RocketFuelCoach #UnleashYourPotential #StrengthsBasedLeadership
