Day 23, Move with Meaning
Today we explore three elements of happiness: enjoyment, satisfaction, and meaning. A meaningful life can feel overwhelming, so we practice building it in small ways. Let this 10-minute movement be enjoyable, satisfying, and purposeful. A simple reminder that meaning can be designed into even the smallest moments.

Had to beat my chest and let out a few Tarzan yells!
Day 21, Move with Wonder and Awe
Today we continue this journey by moving with full presence and appreciation. Notice what changes when you bring complete focus and awareness into each movement. Let this be a practice in gratitude for your body and carry that mindful energy into the rest of your day.

Nice meditative session. Found myself doing most of the session with my eyes closed.
Day 14, Let Your Feet Be Free
Today we move with bare feet and a sense of freedom. Sometimes it’s a quiet joy to be indoors, grounded, and connected to the floor beneath you. Move with awe and wonder as we continue building strength and mobility, and then carry that energy into the rest of your day.

@Frances Anne Good luck with your dental appointment. I have one this afternoon.
Day 4, Don’t Take on Too Much
A full-body movement session today with a simple reminder: don’t overload this season. If you’ve taken on too much, you haven’t failed. Just pare it down. Focus on one thing that’s draining your energy. Give it your attention. Then move forward, steady and clear.

Moving, smiling. laughing, great way to start the day.
Day 2, Stretch and Replace
A short stretching and balancing session today as we continue this 40-day journey. If you’re taking on new practices, think in terms of replacement. Don’t just remove what depletes you. Replace it with something that nourishes you. Small shifts, done consistently, change everything.

Denny, I just finished Mountains Beyond Mountains by Tracy Kidder. The story of Dr. Paul Farmer. I had previously read his Rough Sleepers, the story of Dr. Jim O'Connell's mission to create a medical program for Boston's homeless community. Both are outstanding and inspiring. If you like mysteries, I'm reading Tim Sullivan's DS George Cross series.
