Routine as a Form of Prayer
Family, routine is more powerful than we’ve been taught. When you move through your morning or night routine with breath and presence, it becomes a form of meditation. A form of prayer …. without words. You’re signaling safety to the body. You’re signaling trust to God within you. Spiritual power ain’t just built through insight or downloads. As regulation deepens, spirituality shows up in your systems, schedules, and consistency. This is how Heaven on Earth is built….day by day, through repetition & embodiment. When routine gets treated as prayer, your life becomes aligned.

Thank you for this. I really struggle with routines. I’m more type B these days and feel sporadic and like life is happening to me and not from within me. These are great routines/ rituals. I’m going to implement them.
Manifested “the job”
I been looking for a few months but I wanted something where I could still be as present as possible for my kids who have a lot of extracurriculars and things going on. Amier said - get clear about what you want. I kept feeling foolish for putting my available hours on applications thinking no one is going to hire me with this kind of availability, but I was stubborn about it. I wouldn’t settle on the hours. I knew I didn’t want a job that interfered with my most important job of being “that mom”. I’ve been a stay at home mom for 14 years but divorce has thrown me into a new reality. Well, I just landed a job at my kids school. I’ll be on their exact schedule, already be there for gheir sports games and orchestra concerts, and I get the same holidays off. We will leave the house together in the morning and leave the school together in the evening. Praise God. 🙏🏽 Also, today a new friend of mine sent me $150 to cover my kids instrument fee that my card has been declining for. The shift is real. It’s happening. I pray for this whole community every day. Please continue to pray for me too. Thank yall. 💗

3 Day Jungle Disconnection 🌴
I’ve been on a 3-day jungle disconnection since we last spoke. I took a 2-hour bus ride into a jungle/forest area in Mexico and completely unplugged from my phone. No scrolling, it’s not even much noise out here. Just fully integrating the practices we’ve been building together as a tribe. Peace. Regulated nervous system & Feeling safe in my body. I watched the sun rise. Sat with the rain in meditation. Did long breathwork sessions. Stayed present. Used my phone only to capture a little here and there to show y’all, but nothing more than that. Now the new week has started and I can feel a shedding, being born again. Unlocked a new transformation. So I want to check in with y’all since I been gone for 3 days…. Have you still been implementing the systems? What’s been shifting for you?

I’ve been implementing the breathing techniques about feeling safe in your body. I was labeling feelings as “anxiety” and I was like man, I’m manifesting that shit for myself. So now if I start to panic I do that breath protocol you taught and it really is grounding me. I think, look at the rectangle tv screen of life, why are you imagining bad scenarios? Then I feel really goofy for doing that and come back to earth on some humor. Thank you Amier.
🌿 Peace as a Lifestyle (Update + Reminder)
{My Peace Created a Great win} Just woke up from a very grounding calm nap, and I’m about to take a long, slow, meditative shower…….then dive straight into some yoga. Btw, I just woke up to 3 book sales & 2 people paying to personally work with me. This all happened in the span of a 1hr 15 min nap. I’m saying this because this is what a peaceful avatar actually looks like family. & ik yall been creating it too. A peaceful state should be a choice for us everyday tribe, we been doin this together…. Recalibrating the avatar. This is the lifestyle we building in The New Body Installation: - slowing the body down - choosing rest over rushing - choosing regulation over reaction - choosing Earth over the phone - choosing safety over stimulation By the time I’m done with my shower + yoga, it’ll be close to our 9PM No-Phone Protocol, so if I haven’t responded to your message today, I’ll get back to you tomorrow. I’m aligning my avatar with the exact frequency I’ve been teaching you: calm, grounded, safe, and present. The more I been living like this, the more my reality follows. And the same applies to you. Take this as a reminder….Your new life won’t come from you “doing more.” It’ll come from doing it DIFFERENTLY. Living slower, safer, & with intention. Wassup tribe, it’s midday. I’m outside right now watching the rain, cause your body needs moments of peace in the middle of the day just as much as it needs structure in the morning. The New Body Installation is bout what you practice throughout the whole day. So here’s my question for you: Have you done ONE thing today to slow your avatar down and shift your body into a safe, peaceful frequency? It could’ve been: • watching the rain • breathing slower • taking a peaceful walk • sitting in silence • stretching • grounding your feet • pausing before reacting • choosing calm speed over urgency Anything that made your body feel like you’re safe. Because that’s the frequency your new timeline needs. Drop in the comments: “My moment of peace today was…” and tell me what you did. Let’s make peace a lifestyle, this shouldn’t just be a “challenge” or whatever u wanna name this 16 day span as. Peace should be who you are, it should be your lifestyle.
