Hey everyone, I've been a little quiet here for the past few weeks. To be honest, life threw me a few curveballs that pulled me off track, but I'm back now and so excited to be with you all. That quiet time was actually a bit of a wake-up call for me. It got me thinking about how time keeps moving with or without us, and what that means for our big goals. Do we postpone them, or do we give them our all? And if I'm going for it, I want to invite you along for the ride. As we head into the final quarter of the year, this is the perfect time for us to come together and Reclaim Our Stories. I want us to take a deep dive into what’s working, what isn’t, and get back on a path that feels authentic. This all came to me in my morning journaling, when I finally asked myself a big, scary question: What would I do if I wanted to start over? Is it too late? This isn’t just about starting a new chapter of life; it’s about getting back on track with life whether that is your big goals, your relationships, health or adventures...there is always a "next chapter". For me, reclaiming my story means taking control of the narrative and recommitting to my big goals! Personally that looks like more travel, adventure and launching my new programs and women's retreats!
