I just had a total knee replacement, and in about 3 months the other knee will be done. Working out at the gym has helped me strengthen my muscles and prepared me well for the recovery I’m in now from the surgery (3 weeks ago). I want to take it to the next level. My goals: - gain full range of motion again on that knee - Strengthen ALL my muscles so as to prepare for the next surgery. - Lose 10 lbs and get into good nutritional habits. No more binge snacking in the evening while watching tv! - My obstacles: boredom in the evening leading to tv and snacks.
