Write Once, Market all Month - inside Business by Design!
Hi friends! I'm currently building a mini workshops inside Better by Design that I'm really proud of - and that I think will help make content a lot easier and faster (and improve your writing skills, if you dread writing). It's called "Write Once, Market all Month" and it teaches you how to write one long-form article and turn it into 20 pieces of content. This isn't a brand-new concept of course, but it can be hard to find a comprehensive, beginner friendly guide to repurposing content in a sustainable, doable way. At least, I haven't quite found one that works for my brain 😜. So I wrote it! Only 5 short modules, you can get through it in an afternoon if you want, or spread it out at your pace. As of today, 3 modules are live - and the last two will be up by early next week. I'll also be doing a live workshop of the material in the next week or so inside the community. The workshop is currently free, and so is the community! Business by Design is for entrepreneurs ready to stop drowning in the "online stuff" and get a clear path to marketing & tech that attract the right customers and make business simpler. Come check us out - I hope we're a good fit!

Write Once, Market all Month - inside Business by Design!
Please Introduce Yourself
One of the most important things I've learned since becoming an online entrepreneur is that the most important thing you can do to grow your business is to build relationships. Many of us (myself included) have rushed to promote our groups and services that we care so deeply about. And it only makes sense - we are excited about what we are doing! Today, I'd like to invite you to take a step back and introduce yourself to the group by answering the following questions: 1. Who are you personally? 2. Who are you professionally? 3. What is something you love doing outside of work? 4. What is something surprising about you? As you open up and make more connections, you will find that not only are people more interested in what you do, but they will also be more interested in helping you make connections with other people they know! 😉 After you introduce yourself, please scroll through the other introductions and add a comment to someone you have something in common with or would like to know more about. 😊 Please add your introduction in the comments below! ⬇️

Hi all! I'm Jennifer, from Michigan USA. I'm a Christian, a wife, a mom to an almost-high-schooler (eep!) and an artist. I love reading, crafting, art, beauty, peace & quiet. I'm an INFJ and an Enneagram 1. I'm what you'd call an outgoing introvert, I guess - I can be social and chatty, but I really love nesting at home in the silence 😄💖. I support wellness, faith, and creative entrepreneurs with "online stuff" of business - websites, branding, marketing, and systems - so they can focus on the work they’re called to do. I graduated (a long time ago) with a degree in Art/Graphic Design, but soon found myself working admin for an ophthalmologist. After nearly 20 years in the medical field, COVID found me working from home (a long time dream and my COVID silver lining). I was finally using my degree fully and fell in love with serving nurses. When I was unexpectedly laid off, I decided to keep doing the same thing but in my own business. It went great at first - until illness, loss, and a few difficult clients slowed me WAY down. I'm now working on my health and climbing out of the hole, rebuilding (with better boundaries lol) and looking for new clients. I still want to serve nurses, but also artists, Christian women entrepreneurs - really anyone who works to improve physical, mental, or spiritual health. I Outside work I'm making cards or scrapbooking, embroidering or some other craft; reading; studying the Bible; playing video games; spending time with family. Or laughing at our crazy bunnies. What might surprise you is that I'm a gamer. I don't get a ton of time for it (unless I'm procrastinating... oops) but I love fantasy MMOs and The Sims. If I can't control my own life, at least I can control little digital people... 😂

Stop drowning in the "online stuff" so you can focus on your real work
If you love your business but all the "online stuff" - your website, marketing, systems, tech headaches - is making you lose your mind, Business by Design is for you! My dream is to help you build a beautiful, effective online presence. You'll learn to: 📢 Craft your brand and message to attract your ideal clients 💻 Build a website that brings in clients (and looks beautiful, to boot) 🎨 Learn how to make good design with tools like Canva (yes, you can!) 💹 Create marketing content strategically and quickly (ditch the social media burnout!) 🛠️ Find the right business tools & tech for you and use them easily My aim is to give you practical tools that will help you "move the needle" - not just more info to consume. Mental Strength For Entrepreneurs is Happening Wednesday!
@Matthew Burns is a Skool OG, and his session on Wednesday is not-to-be-missed! Here is what Matt has to say: Most entrepreneurship content skips the part where it's actually hard. The self-doubt. The whiplash between conviction and panic. The days when nothing ships and you wonder if you're built for this. Matt Burns has been in the room where companies explode with growth and he's been the solo founder staring at a blank screen at midnight. After nearly a decade at monday.com (US employee #1 through IPO, managing 87 people across three continents), he walked away to build ProveWorth from scratch. This masterclass shares the mental infrastructure that makes sustainable building possible - how to think clearly under pressure, how to recover fast when things break, and how to stay in motion when the feedback loops disappear. You'll leave with a framework you can actually use the next time things get hard because we know they will.
