One of my favorite things about Skoolology is getting to know the people behind the communities. And somewhere along the way, those connections turn into friendships. That's certainly been true with @Jen Ps ❤️ I've watched her pour her heart into The Room to Breathe, ask hard questions, make thoughtful decisions, and keep coming back to what matters most to the women she serves. But there's so much more to Jen than the community she's building. And today, I wanted to take a few minutes to tell her what I see. Jen, this one's for you. ❤️ And to everyone here, I hope you know that I see you, too.

I posted this as a testimony to the work I’ve been doing with @Todd Thornton and @Donna Thornton in another community and couldn’t resist adding it here…. Discovering that I could let go of the expectation that my private community HAD to have the primary goal of connection and instead could lean into the outcomes that are possible was a game changer! The second thing in my decision was your support. You've supported me ALL over Skool since long before I upgraded. You are there when I have questions, you show up cheering when a post is quiet and your feedback helps me know what needs to be changed and what needs to stay exactly as it is to give it a chance to show what it can do. And that’s just me bragging on Donna…. The fact that Donna and @Todd Thornton work as a team is a double blessing that I will forever be grateful for! 1000/10 recommend!!

One of our members recently asked about scheduling tools, and I see how many different tools are popping up on Skool... Panda, Skooly, SkoolKit, and probably several others we haven't discovered yet. Todd and I use Panda, but I'm curious what everyone else is using! What are you using, and what's your favorite thing about it? If you're managing everything directly in Skool, we'd love to hear that, too! Let's compare notes! We might discover something that makes community building a little easier for each other. ❤️

It's someone who has become a very dear friend of mine, @Christy Keeter ❤️ Christy, where do I even begin? You have such a heart for people. You're always encouraging someone, sharing what you've learned, or finding a way to help somebody take that next step. And I love that about you! For those of you who haven't met Christy yet, she's the heart behind Building Digitally with Christy, where she helps people explore building an online business, find their footing, and take those first steps without feeling like they have to know everything. She's building something that reflects who she is. Generous, encouraging, grounded in faith, and genuinely wanting to see other people succeed. But here's what I really want to celebrate today. The friend behind the community. Christy, I'm so glad Skool brought us together. What started as a connection between two community builders has become a friendship I truly treasure. Today, I hope you get to be on the receiving end of all that love and encouragement you're so good at giving everyone else!
