From Understand How Survey123 Connect ... you mention hosted surveys but not ones based on reference layers. Will you be discussing those in this class? I worked at an org that would not let us use hosted layers - so this might be relevant to some folks interested in your community.

@Michelle Williams It's different, I think. When we used a referenced service we had to set up the schema in a feature service then connect to that in the New Survey dialog (img below). The back and forth was not fun - for instance if you forgot something like a domain it had to be added to the fs - if I remember correctly - and then republished. I left this org - so I'm free of this restriction now! It might be beneficial to say upfront that these courses use hosted fs in AGOL or AGE.

My GIS superpower is probably breaking Jack's software. If they staffed me to QA/QC their development so many unfound bugs would be resolved before release.
