[Thursday LIVE EVENT🎯] Using Field Maps Tasks While Incorporating Survey123
One of our team members is playing with the Field Maps "Tasks" workflow and wants to incorporate Survey123 into the process. Right now, she's gotten this far: - Testing with a copied hosted Feature Service in AGOL. - Determining how the existing workflow-trigger fields map to the new Task fields. - Identifying which fields need to be retained for reporting and automation. - Evaluating how Field Maps Tasks, and Survey123 can share information without duplicating data. - Building a workflow that allows Task status updates while still capturing labor hours and costs in Survey123. Her next step is to connect those Task fields to the Survey123 form that captures the ROW workers' hours and associated costs, so everything flows together properly. I think it would need to work like the task drives the survey. Once you start the task the survey can opened. Scheduling is hard here. I'm currently open on Thursday, but I've said that before 🙊

My GIS superpower is probably breaking Jack's software. If they staffed me to QA/QC their development so many unfound bugs would be resolved before release.
