Hi all. W I made it through day 40 🥳🥳🏆. For the first time EVER I met my goal weight (and I mean EVER in my lifetime of endless and countless attempts). I lost 11.2 lbs. (Not record breaking but this was a reset round of Fast 40). I feel so much better than when I began on July 5 and I know I look better too. I ran into someone yesterday that I hadn't seen in a long time. He kept commenting "you look different, did you change your hair?" Lol. He had seen me over the years yo-yo in weight. Frankly I believe what he was perceiving was my new self confidence! I want to encourage everyone in the midst of their weight loss journey to hang in there! There is so much more at the end beyond dropping weight. For me personally, beyond the weight loss, it has given me self respect, satisfaction of achieving my goal which is showing up as self confidence. Stay committed! You can do it. On January 16, 2026, I started with Dr Cody Golman on the Fast 40 program. I was ready to feel better, make a change and reclaim the me that I felt like I had lost because of changing hormones, premenopausal symptoms and life! I am on day 12 and down a whopping 9.5 pounds! Never expected this so quickly. I tried on a pair of capris this morning that haven’t fit me in over a year and lo and behold they slid on pretty easily and did up. I am wearing them today, feels good!
