I started a cycle of mots the day before I injured my back lifting. I was out for 6 weeks, and was initially bummed that I wouldn’t get to take advantage of mots, but I kept taking it for 4 weeks. Turns out to be a happy accident, because I burned so much fat while being basically sedentary. It think it offset my inability to exercise, and the mitochondria support was great. I am back to the gym and plan to start another cycle and am excited to see what it will do now!

When I bought it, I chose the n acetyle amidate versions because they have been reported to have better stability and bioavailability.

I have only injected it, but I have an extra intranasal kit I may try it with.
Under eye puffiness and upper eyelid tightening
I’m interested in if there is any non surgical option for under eye bags? Also upper eyelid tightening? Is topical Ghk cu good for this?

Menopause Blues
Glad to be here. Im 57, going through menopause, weight gain and just feeling icky. Brain fog, dry mouth, anxiety, menopause has been really rough on me. I am praying that a peptide will work. Currently take wegovy for the last month.

Nothing will truly make you feel better than replacing the hormones that are depleted in menopause. Peptides will then work more efficiently and effectively. HRT (estrogen, progesterone and testosterone) are an amazing team with a glp. Telehealth hormone specialist is your best bet. With balanced and optimized hormones, thyroid and a glp, I feel so good at 53- sometimes too good because I forget that my body is still older than I feel now!

@Sereathia D they may not be balanced or optimized. What do your labs show? Specifically thyroid- t3 and t4, estradiol, estrone and progesterone, as well as testosterone. Are you making sure to drink loads of water and electrolytes? Glps can quickly deplete potassium, magnesium and water from your body. 64 oz a day is a minimum.
Testosterone?
Will be 50 yrs old next year - I just got blood test results back and have lower testosterone levels than average. Has anyone injected Testosterone? And if so how did you figure out what dosage was best?

I LOVE my testosterone injections and don’t ever plan on stopping them. Hormone optimization is not linear, so you have to tweak the dose along the way. You typically will start at a lower dose, then move it up as you go along based on how you feel. A good hormone specialist will help you figure that out. Telehealth is a good option.
