Reclaim Day 9: Your Power Is Not Up for Debate
Today’s reminder is simple: your power is not something others get to vote on. People may question your choices when you start showing up differently. That doesn’t mean you’re wrong—it means you’re growing. Your power does not require validation. It does not need to be explained. It does not need to make everyone else feel comfortable. When you give others too much control over your decisions, you disconnect from yourself. You start looking outward for something that has to come from within. That is when self-doubt creeps in. You’re allowed to trust yourself. You’re allowed to choose peace. Your boundaries, voice, and healing are not up for debate. Today’s practice: Reframe one moment where you doubted yourself. Choose to believe you were right to listen inward.

Reclaim Today’s Day 8: Create a Personal Power Mantra
Today is about choosing words that bring you back to you. A mantra is a simple phrase you repeat to steady your mind, boost your confidence, and reconnect with your inner strength. The words you speak to yourself matter. Your mantra doesn’t need to be fancy—just true and supportive. Mantra ideas: • I lead myself with truth and courage • I trust my voice and my choices • I do not need permission to be myself • I release what no longer supports me • I am allowed to take up space • I protect my energy and my peace • I am rooted in my own power • I choose alignment over approval • I am enough as I am • I own my story and my strength Repeat your mantra in the morning, before responding to others, or anytime you feel off-center. Today’s activity: Write one statement that affirms your power and make it your personal mantra.
