Let's Talk About Postpartum Hair Loss For A Minute
What Causes Postpartum Hair Loss? Postpartum hair loss (aka telogen effluvium) is totally normal and temporary, but that doesn’t make it any less emotional.. Root Cause: Hormonal Shifts During pregnancy, high levels of estrogen prolong the growth phase of your hair (called the anagen phase), so your hair feels thick, full, and luxurious. After birth, those hormone levels plummet and a large number of hairs quickly shift into the resting/shedding phase (telogen). That’s why, around 2–4 months postpartum, you may suddenly notice: - Hair shedding in clumps - Thinning around the temples or hairline - Overall loss of volume or texture This is your body resetting, not failing. More details on how to help with this in the classroom: https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/classroom/be929f83?md=32c906ce4c774036bccb8307159a3156 Do you/Are you struggling wit this, Which of these have you tried?

I'm definitely struggling with hair loss, but I think mine is to menopause. :) So much good advice and tips in the classroom!
A quick reminder, mama (because I needed to hear this too) ❤️
If you ate the thing you said you wouldn't eat... If you missed your workout window because your kid woke up as you were about to get started... If you're three days into your "reset" and already feeling like you're failing... Just because it didn't go to plan doesn't mean it's not working. Sustainable doesn't mean perfect. It means you keep coming back. One balanced meal. One protein-forward breakfast. One walk around the block while your toddler eats Cheese in the stroller. That IS the work. The moms who actually see changes aren't the ones who never miss. They're the ones who don't make missing mean anything about who they are. You're not behind. You're not failing. You're a mom doing this in the middle of real life and that's the only place this kind of change ever happens anyway. You got this 🫶 What's one tiny win from this week you're proud of? Doesn't have to be big Drop it below so we can celebrate it together 👇

I did a strength workout today which is my first in 3 weeks. It felt like such a hurdle to start again after life got in the way and all I could bring myself to do was walk at lunch. But now that I have this one under my belt, I'm ready for the next one. :)
Mindset reset for the mama who's already "behind" this week 💕
It's Tuesday and you might already feel like you're playing catch-up. Maybe you didn't meal prep Sunday. Maybe Monday was chaos. Maybe you're reading this thinking "I'll start fresh NEXT week." Here's your reminder: You don't have to wait until next Monday to reset. You can start right now. This meal. This moment. Building energy isn't about being perfect from Sunday night to Saturday. It's about making the next right choice, even when the day already feels messy. So here's your Tuesday permission slip: Start now. Not next week. NOW. What's ONE thing you're doing TODAY to take care of yourself? Drop it below 👇

Today I had a meeting scheduled from 11am - 12:30pm at work. I left the meeting at 12pm to make time to exercise on my lunch break. I told myself a few times that I could exercise when I got home, but as I'm sure we all know, that is never the case. I felt great afterwards and now it's done for the day! 🥰🙂
Mom Guilt...
Can I be honest for a sec? Sometimes I'm literally counting down the minutes to nap time. Not because I don't love my kid, but because my brain is FRIED and I just need 5 minutes where nobody is touching me or saying "mama" on repeat. And then the guilt hits. Like when I put the TV on so I can actually get something done. Or when I'm overstimulated and I catch myself looking forward to bedtime… and then feel like a terrible mom for it. Am I the only one? If this hit home, I go way deeper into where mom guilt actually comes from and how to start letting it go 👉 https://www.skool.com/postpartum-8358/classroom/3058fed1?md=3b27b1c7c2f549f89657b136698b723d

My daughter is 10 (almost 11) as well and I was telling someone yesterday that I had Mom guilt. I love the questions you listed in the article and and it made me think why is it we are so much harder on ourselves then we are on others? Something to think about for sure. :)
Happy Easter!! ✝️🐇🐣
Happy Easter to everyone who celebrates! Mama Easter Bunny has been hard at work getting it all together for my sweet boy. As a general rule, I like to keep Richie's gifts things he can interact with outside when possible and I stay away from the sweets. Anyways, that’s what’s happening over here today!! Hope you’re having a great Sunday!!
