🍎🎃 FALL RECIPE SWAP—with a Pumpkin Spice Prize! 🍪
Team, let’s share some fall favorites! Cozy dinners, apple desserts, pumpkin treats… what are you making on repeat this season? Post your favorite fall recipes or sweet treats below. They can be family favorites, something you’ve made your own, or a new recipe you tried and loved. All are welcome! ❤️ Include the ingredients and directions so we can make them too—and a picture if you have one! 📸 🎁 The FIRST person to share THREE different recipes in the comments will get a package from me with: 🎃 3 1st Phorm Level-1 Pumpkin Spice Crunch Bars ☕ A sample of Pumpkin Spice Latte protein powder I’ll reply to the winner’s third recipe and message them privately for their mailing address. Even after we have a winner, keep the recipes coming! Try someone else’s creation, ask a question, and let them know how it turned out. Let’s make this a thread we all come back to for inspiration! 🫶 Who’s getting us started—team APPLE 🍎 or team PUMPKIN 🎃? —Coach Kim

Pumpkin Protein Balls-My whole family loved these Pumpkin Protein Balls Ingredients: 2 cups old-fashioned oats, divided 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) 1/4 cup honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp ground flaxseed 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tsp pumpkin spice 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips Instructions: Prepare the Oats: Place 1 cup of the oats into a food processor and pulse until finely ground into an oat flour texture. Leave the other 1 cup of oats whole. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, stir together the ground oats, whole oats, peanut butter, pumpkin, honey, vanilla extract, flaxseed, chia seeds, and pumpkin spice until well combined. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the mini chocolate chips evenly throughout the mixture. Shape the Balls: Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Serve: Enjoy these Pumpkin Protein Balls as a healthy fall-inspired snack or post workout!
30 Days of Keeping Promises to Herself ❤️
Jen, I am so PROUD of you!!!!! Keep shining GIRL! The world needs you! At 47, Jen has struggled with her weight for most of her life. In 2020, she discovered 1st Phorm and 75 Hard/Live Hard, lost nearly 30 pounds, and felt stronger and more confident. Then came divorce and rebuilding her life on her own. Between working full-time and managing everyday responsibilities, her health took a back seat, and the weight returned. Today, Jen has a supportive partner and renewed stability—but life is still busy. She works full-time, takes college courses online, and helps raise four children, including a child with significant special needs. She decided her health couldn’t keep coming last. Knowing that coaching, accountability, and consistent nutrition had helped her before, she committed to herself again. Since June, she’s lost 30 pounds in total, the picture shown is her last month of progress. Her priorities include protein, a calorie deficit, no alcohol, better sleep, and weight training five days a week. She’s learning to stay consistent through stressful days while building habits she can maintain. Jen still has goals ahead, but she’s proud of her progress. She’s rebuilding her confidence, energy, strength, and trust in herself and the best part is SHE IS ONLY GETTING STARTED!!!!! Her story is a reminder that you don’t need a perfect life to start showing up for yourself. 💪❤️

Thanks Kim! If only I had starting photo here, then you’d see dramatic changes. I’m feeling good and prioritizing myself is really working!! LFG!! I can’t wait to show everyone what another month can look like!
Hi everyone! 😁
Hi I am Kerri, I am excited to be part of this community! I am a mom of 4 young adults, a wife and nurse, I have always put everyone before myself and I am ready to change that mentality. I definitely need help and support to keep me moving forward and I want to do the same for others!

Hi! 👋 I’m Jen. Mom to 4, with one being special needs. I work full-time, take online college courses and am trying to stay sane raising teenagers. We gotta put ourselves first, since we can’t pour from an empty cup! Happy to meet you!

@Kimberly Nofi I need to lift weights to stay emotionally and mentally regulated. If I miss too many days I get emotional!! I also enjoy watching a good cop show. Currently I’m watching Major Crimes on Netflix
