I don't know if I have a big win for this training block, I've fallen off big time with the workouts! I have just tried to stay consistent with my regular runs and strength training. Kind of just hoping for the best now 😆

I struggle with gels on long runs, but I'm finding a good breakfast an hour or so beforehand sets me up well for most distances. Staying hydrated is super important too
