🌿✨ Welcome to Wise Women's Wellness Circle! ✨🌿
'I'm so grateful you're here. I'm Gina, and I created this community for women like me, who long for a little more magic, wellness, connection, and meaning in their everyday lives. Like many women, I've spent years caring for others—as a mother/grandmother, reading teacher, NASM Wellness Coach, herbalist, energy worker, Reiki Master, and lifelong learner. Along the way, I discovered that true magic isn't found in big moments—it's found in sharing tea with a friend, reading a beautiful book, tending herbs, creating family traditions, nourishing our bodies, and gathering in community with other wise women. This circle is a place to explore: 📚 Inspiring books🌿 Herbal wisdom & wellness☕ Tea rituals & kitchen magic✨ Mind-body-spirit practices💛 Meaningful connection & sisterhood🏡 Everyday magic and intentional living. Here is how this community works: 🌿 Community Tab — this is where we gather, share, and talk every day. Show up here like you would a front porch conversation. Real, warm, and honest. 📚 Classroom Tab — this is where our courses and challenges live. Start with the free "Enchanted Life — A 10-Day Journey Into Mind, Body & Spirit" COMING SOON. 📅 Events Tab — live gatherings, workshops, and seasonal celebrations will be posted here. Maybe a weekly or monthly "Tea Time" live gathering? You decide. Before you do anything else — introduce yourself right here in the comments. Tell us: ✨ Your name and where you are from 🌿 One thing you are longing for more of in your life right now 🫖 Your favorite tea, or crystal, or herb, or thing you love to make/create 📖 The last book that cracked something open inside of you That is it. Four sentences and you are home. We read every single introduction. And this community shows up for each other — so drop yours below and watch what happens. 👇

My name is Jen Kaye. I'm originally from Clarion, but moved to Kossuth after I got married. I'm am hoping to learn natural and non toxic ways to to keep myself healthy as well as ways to treat issues as they arise. I have spent the last year working with a certified nutritionist and functional medicine doctor to treat my iron deficiency without anemia. I'm excited to report that I had an appointment with my hemotologist this morning and she released me! I am no longer iron deficient! My treatment was done all through food, herbal teas, and a few supplements. I have learned a great deal from my functional medicine doctor and would love to share things I've learned with the group. I'm just starting to learn more about tinctures and essential oils. I'm definitely here to learn more about them. We have everything on this Earth that we need to keep us healthy and to treat ailments. We just need to become educated to know what's all out there! It truly is amazing of what we have available to us! I love to create beautiful flower beds! I also love interior decorating! I haven't read a book for a little while due to my busy life as a high school special education teacher and helping my daughter plan her upcoming wedding in August. The last book I read was a Colleen Hoover book. Oh, and by the way, I love stinging nettle leaf, dandelion root, and mullein leaf teas.
