Hello!
I am Rosalynn Wagner, and I have started to write down things that I felt were either important to me or showed how I felt in a notebook. Lately, my dad and I have had a few arguments here and there and between losing my phone to feeling thrilled about a new school year, I've started to feel like I wasn't able to clarify how I felt deep inside. So I started writing in a notebook how I felt about different topics helped me think clearly on what I wanted to talk about and how I felt. I've done so for a few days now and it's helped me figure how I felt. I have also started tracking my moods in a mood tracker for only three days now to help me better understand how my moods affect how others view and see me. It's helped me understand myself more as the days go by, and it's helped me to stop and think before acting out the emotion I feel. I also sketch and draw about the topics I write about and also make Kandi (jewelry made out of pony beads). Sometimes, I like to craft things and I also like to read every once in a while. Occasionally, I might go out to shop with Mimi or ride my four-wheeler, but I also like ensuring that I complete the things I want to do - such as playing outside or completing a new project. I wish I did my introduction sooner but life tends to get busy and suddenly you're doing ten million things at once, but I am glad I could introduce myself to you.

Hi Roz! Journaling is a wonderful regulation tool! Good for you! I'm really sorry but you can't be part of this group as I am not allowed to be connected to students on social media- but if you'd like to stop down sometime, I'll give you a few regulation tools that you can try! Growing up is hard- you're doing a great job!
Everyday Magic
Today I noticed a scorched dandelion and plantain growing in the cracks of a patio, under the Alabama sun. 🌞 We call them weeds. And yet, both have been valued by the generations before us as plants of nourishment and healing. No rich soil. No careful tending. No perfect conditions. Just a crack in the concrete and enough determination to reach for the sun and there’s something beautiful in that. Maybe nature is always reminding us that we don’t have to wait for perfect conditions to grow. That even in the hardest, hottest seasons, something healing can still take root. Sometimes what the world dismisses as a weed is simply something wild and useful that refused to stop growing. 🌿 There’s a little everyday magic in that.

My Share for Day 1: Welcome to Your Wild Self
Day 1's Challenge was to the Community Page and drop one word that describes the unedited version of you. Bonus points for a picture of you "doing the thing"! Be sure to watch for and uplift other women in the group that are venturing out of their comfort zone today! 💫 Like and comment on their posts🩷" When you are ready, just come here (to the COMMUNITY tab), click on the dropdown where it says "General Discussion" and click "Day1: Welcome To Ur Wild Self" . Here I go... YA'ALL!! I'm a READING teacher! I can write all day long. Oooooor, give me a room of 30 middle schoolers and I'll bless books and have discussions 'til the cows come home. I'm natural in DIALOGUE! I have never, and I repeat never, made a video where I am sitting and talking to a computer. That is completely out of my comfort zone. But I did it! It's basic, rudimentary, there were some tears and fears but I did it. I showed my face. I battled my fear of the camera and battled through not knowing what I was doing on Canva or YouTube - but I did the dang thing. Your turn! I can't wait to see you on the other side of comfortable. 👇

Share, comment, share!! Day one!
Hello ladies!!! Sorry I've been a little MIA! I was hired to teach an online education class at a local university. Yay!!! The first 5 modules are due tomorrow and I've been on vacation all week with my oldest and grandson. Boo! (Not boo to vacation but boo to being under a time crunch). Anyway... I know we are all busy but when we take the time to work on ourselves, our learning, our mindset, our hobbies, we discover ourselves there. If I could challenge you all to be sure that you e gone through the first day of our challenge, and not only that but to SHARE! Share and comment on others shares- we learn from each other! I'll see you on the other side of this class! ✌🏼

Enchanted project
Happy Hump Day everyone. I just wanted to give a little shout out to the "Enchanted" project that Gina has posted on here. I completed day 1 and was very pleased. The meditation was great. Her voice is so soothing and she says all the right things. Looking back on a past YOU and remembering where she was headed is the topic for those that havent done it yet. I promise that not many of you are where you expected to be. For some, that may be a good thing. For the rest of us, we need to find the good in all of the changes that our journey takes us on. Remember....it's not really "our" plan, it's His. Have
