Youāll be able to notice the gap between that, and the vibrational you of how you would ideally think, feel and act. The importance of this is that without a goal and without a general intention, we tend to stay stagnant. We tend to stay in the autopilot mind of thinking, feeling and acting equal to that version of ourselves. What happens is when it comes to your vibrational setpoint, you want to become aware of your vibration on a scale of 1 to 10. When you make a shift in consciousness, you will feel different. Where do you feel like you currently are on a scale of 1 to 10? Then what you want to become aware of is: - What are your current beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions, where are you right now?Ā - What are you currently thinking? - List out some of the dominant thoughts.Ā - Do you have dominant beliefs? What dominant actions were you taking?Ā - Meditate and go through this process. You may become aware of a lot more of this than you were right now, but you got to become aware of where you currently are. - Are you honest with yourself?Ā - What are the common patterns in your relationships? - What kind of people do you attract in your life? What kind of beliefs do you have about people and about love? - What are your beliefs about money and abundance?Ā IDEAL SELF What you want to become aware of is: - Who is your ideal self? - How do you think, feel and act as that version of you? - What kind of beliefs do you have? - What kind of relationships do you have? - What kind of energy do you and your body have? Are you more playful?Ā - What actions do you take? What kind of habits do you have? - Does this version of you go to the gym or do yoga? Go for walks?Ā
