Did squats and side plank rotation. Rest day tomorrow.
Did 30 minutes elliptical tonight. One more day and it's rest day again.
Done with day 17. Did shoulder taps and sit-ups. Few more days to go.
Done with Day 16. Did kneeling push-ups and elbow plank.
Done with Day 15. I'm starting to get used to the routine. And starting to become a daily habit.
