my experience with Tony’s research
Yo, Skool fam! 🙌 I’ve been following Dr. Tony Huge since I first saw him on Mark Bell’s Power Project back in 2019, and let me tell you, his research has been a game-changer for me. 💪 His work opened my eyes to SARMs and eventually led me to the anabolic matrix, which I’ve used in all sorts of ways to pack on mass, boost strength, and cut weight for Strongman and BJJ events while helping others crush their fitness goals. Back in 2022, at 50 years old, I leaned hard into the matrix—MK-677, MGF, IGF, injectable RAD-140, and SLIN pills—and went from 220 lbs to a lean 243 lbs at under 10% body fat. 🔥 Now, at 53, my occupational demands of being a Combatives and Combat Marksmanship Instructor to Armed Professionals keeps me around 215-220 lbs, still holding sub-10% body fat. I often roll with Tony’s sushi buffet protocol, cycling short mass blasts and cut phases to stay in peak condition. Without his research, I wouldn’t be in the insane shape I’m in today, nor would I have the knowledge to guide others in pioneering their own human evolution. 🚀 If you’re on the fence, dive into his work and trust the research when conducting your own studies. @Bob Stott i use the vertical diet,,, im constantly moving teaching combatives but i also engage in lactic threshold training coupled with my strongman training program which is 4days a wk. I’ll perform the lactic threshold training on off days. Supplement wise i use SLIN pills on carb heavy days ,,, currently just on a low dose of test twice a wk along with primo. Sometimes i’ll utilize Cardarine on heavy BJJ training days and before lactic threshold ,,, so basically my diet and activity keep my BF down

@Quinn Kline lift big (not like a powerlifter superset your big lifts with opposing muscle groups with minimal rest between complexes) Employ some poliquin and metzer cluster sets on the big lifts, eat big (smartly not like an asshole) use mk677 , MGF immediately following your heaviest set, use cardarine on conditioning days (bjj 5 days a wk in my case)
