I now have three seperate notebooks where I do reflective writing, journaling, and goal and vision casting - I'll spend time in those "fill my soul" spaces before I jump on any client calls on in-person meetings....
@Rocío Pérez - one book is for meditation, it ask questions, focused on a spiritual connection, it gets you to do some deep thinking - book two is called the Foundational Goal Planner and it helps you engage your goals in a very tactical way, really helps you see your goals come alive, and book three is a personal journal, a real conversation with self, lots of hopes, dreams, pleas, and moments of gratitutude all in one place...having three seperate tools, for me at least, is helping me really see things in a new way.
Let the less confident find their way to more confidence, let the one who feels unseen, feel seen again, and let the one who thinks they don't matter - feel valued. Be fully engaged and present with people - I have a lunch meeting that I'll be doing this in today for sure....
