If you treated your mind like an elite training ground for the next five days in San Diego, what is one subtle habit, thought pattern, or internal story you could deliberately redesign — and how might that single shift change the way you perform, connect, and lead in ways most people would never expect?
For these five days, I commit to treating my mind and body like the foundation of my performance. I give myself enough sleep, nourish my body with clean food, keep training consistently, and allow regular time to rest and reset. Each day I take intentional time for self-care so I stay clear, focused, and fully present. This is how I show up at my best and model sustainable excellence.
Research shows the majority of studies (around 86%) find a positive impact of volunteering on satisfaction and well-being, and people who regularly serve others consistently report higher life satisfaction over time—how does being of service influence your sense of fulfillment right now? ✨
I love this perspective. I have the privilege of leading a group of incredible women as they create their own version of a happy, healthy, and wealthy life. Watching them step into that next level of themselves is powerful. What inspires me most is the ripple effect—when one woman rises, it touches her family, her community, and far beyond. Being of service, for me, is deeply fulfilling because I get to witness that impact unfold in real time. ✨
One of the most difficult tasks of my life would be complete—and I can already see the relief, the pride, and the new space it creates for what’s next. This week, my intention is to stay steady, focused, and committed until I reach that moment.✨
