Welcome to Path of the Dragon
Here we transform our health and physique together. Training and preparing meals by ourselves is lonely. That is why we are turning it into a multiplayer experience. Instead of asking HOW, we are asking WHO. On this path, we level up by helping each other. Each level is a step on our journey from NPC to Disciple to Senior Disciple to Master to Grandmaster to becoming the Mortal Savant Check your current level on the Leaderboard. Every quarter, wo reintroduce ourselves because the Path transforms who we are. Start your transformation for this quarter with these 3 Steps 👇 1. Comment on this post, introducing yourself. Hello there! I am ____ and my current level is ____. My favorite color is ____🟢🟡❤️ My favorite food is ____🥩🥕🍗 My favorite weapon is ____⚔️🔫🔪 (Bonus points for including a GIF of your favorite fictional character) 2. Reply to at least 3 other introductions. This is what helping each other is all about 😉 Every comment has the potential to change your whole life. You can even hit the bell at the top right of this post to get notified about new introductions. 3. Enjoy the journey with our challenges. - 7 Day Fitness & Health Challenge (work in progress) ARE YOU READY, DESTINED WARRIOR?

@Moira Mills Nope, just as you cross the bridge, as you are leaving Soldotna, right next to Spenard Building Supply and the Air field.

@Moira Mills No, When I was growing up....you had Spenard Builder's and across the was was the Lighthouse Bar, the other side was K-beach road and the Trooper's station.

Did everyone have this gym phase?
Hey guys, when I was soul searching a few years ago, I went down a bit of an extreme path. Working out is obviously very good for you, but sometimes we can take it too far if we aren't attentive to our bodies. Since I didn't know what to do with myself, I got really invested in looks and prioritized being big and muscular no matter what. This led to me working out with a lot of tension and neglecting messages from my body. I looked great, but was physically tensed up so much of the time. I didn't care because I thought aesthetics were all that mattered. One day, I got to go to a massage. This woman pressed down on my leg, and it felt very uncomfortable! She pressed down on it again, this time holding the pressure point there, as I felt an intense, indescribably sharp and squirmy sensation in my hamstring. After 60 seconds, my leg finally "let go" and relaxed! Yes, I didn't even realize I'd been tensing my leg for days on end until she kept a pressure point there for over a minute. And this was not the only area where this happened. That's when I realized that what I was doing was not sustainable. Of course I still want to maintain a good build, but since then, I have kept my workouts very focused on health and balance rather than going to an extreme that hurts me in the long run. This body is our gift for this lifetime, and we must treat it well! What Mark does here is help you get active, share the inspiration you need, and cultivate people that will support you. He cares deeply about the person-to-person connection and about the internal and philosophical transformation that is involved with being fit. That's why you are in such a powerful place here, because you want what is genuinely HEALTHY to your body that will help you become the highest version of yourself INTERNALLY and not only physically. So tell me, did you ever have a phase of extremes in your gym journey?

@Mark X They were perfect food for building muscle, high protein, lean fat! (FYI 8 oz. = 227 g) so you would get around 62 g of protein with Whale, and roughly 66 g protein for Seal!

@Mark X Both are "very" red meat and they taste great! Though the last seal I had, was roasted seal ribs in seal oil...The best ribs I have ever had!!!
