Referrals: The Currency of This Business
Benjamin Franklin once said, "If you would persuade, you must appeal to interest rather than intellect." That’s exactly what great referral partners do for you. They don’t just pass your name along… they position you in a way that makes the borrower already want to work with you before you ever speak. Not all referrals are equal. Faster. Cleaner. Built to win. Today Sam is breaking down a process to generate more referrals consistently, not just hoping they show up. We’ll get into how to be the obvious choice for partners, how to stay top of mind, and how to turn other areas of your business into referral opportunities. If you want more referrals—and Benjamins—this is a day to attend.

Took some semi-harsh criticism professionally & used it to improve how I operate. Plus, made a hefty amount of calls to outer markets, generating lots of talk-to's, new realtor intros & total of 4 leads. Not my best week ever, but kept chopping wood!

Here's a helpful infographic on creating better events & opportunities from Sam on 3/31. It's not perfect (nothing with GPT ever is) but maybe it helps you digest or consider the training a little better. Special Guest 3/24: Andy Heffner's Playbook To $37M
What does it actually take to go from starting from scratch to becoming the go-to lender for numerous top real estate teams? This Tuesday, you’re going to hear it directly. Andy Heffner is joining us live, and over the past 12 months he’s closed 150+ units and more than $37 million in volume. What makes that even more impressive is that he’s only been in this part of the business for a few years and built it essentially from the ground up. There are no shortcuts behind that kind of production. Andy has done it through an aggressive open house strategy, highly structured theme days, a clear playbook, and a level of consistency that most people simply won’t maintain. He’s treated this like a true profession, showing up every day and putting in the work. On Tuesday, Andy is going to walk through what it actually took to get there, what his business looks like today, and what most loan officers underestimate about building real, sustainable volume. If you’re serious about growth and want to hear from someone doing it at a high level right now, you’ll want to be online 1e/12p on 3/24/26. Join us!

Hey @John Naccarato Andy has been swamped month-end. Here's a quick take on the script we use to "sponsor" open houses. I also like to ask about the house, issues, interest, etc. “Hi, this is (YOU) with _________. I saw you have an open house coming up at [address/date/time) and I’d love to help sponsor it. I typically bring snacks, drinks, and help promote it on social media to drive more traffic. Would you be open to that?” “Great—after we hang up, I’ll text you my info. If you send over your logo and headshot, I’ll get the marketing put together. Then I'll see you on (day).”
