If you want 10 loans a month without living in your car chasing agents… this content matters. Referrals convert better, close faster & cost less to acquire. Why? Win of the week
Final got an appointment with a Team Owner / leader. Last 12 months closed 99 units of which 43 were buyers. Going to use the following outline ( like dating) flirt - small talk - looking for a partnership not a vendor ( for example follow up refer back on seasoned or cold leads) let’s get a drink - coffee / can we help your business continue to grow - small steps (SM posts with local market trends or did you know?) Let’s see how 1 or 2 opportunities work - do we exceed each other’s expectations

Wed-Fri made roughly 50+ cold calls including 2 new markets, 29 talk-to's, should total 5+ leads & 3-5 new referral partners out of it. Booked 2 agency meetings & also launch a new product feature to our team.
