Hello everybody, im new to the group. I'm 60 years old and im just starting to learn guitar. Some would say im nuts but who cares. I'm struggling with chord changes so any help on that would be appreciated.

Hello peeps!!! I have been playing the guitar on and off for over 20 years. As many I have already talked to....I didn't start my journey properly and skipped alot of essential knowledge I was not aware of. Even though I did take more than a few 1:1 lessons. Just didn't have the right teacher(s). So it took me many years at first to even learn a few songs!!!! Little did I know I had started off on the wrong foot and was playing songs that were beyond the skillset I had at my disposal!!!! Foolish me!!! Lol. 3 years ago I found Justin Guitar and realized I just didn't have the right structure, wholeistic practical- practice sessions or a solid foundation!!!!! Then I wanted to see if I could find other excellent, reputable teachers and see their learning ways!!! To me, power is knowledge and knowledge is power! Not to mention there can be more than one way to skin the same cat! I always ask, why?? So here I am!! Rock on! Darren

Hi everyone! Very happy to be here! My guitar journey didn't start until my 40s, but I'll categorize myself as a tinkerer who fell off the last few years. I would join some of Steve's workshops over the years, but flatlined on my progress. I recently joined GuitarZoom Academy and within 3 lessons I feel so much more comfortable with CAGED than I ever have! I really look forward to making solid progress over the next 6-12 months!
