Advice?
Need some help. I’m struggling with my openings or reason for calling ‘warm’ agents. Those that know who I am, but we haven’t done business, or it’s been a long time. How do I approach these calls?

Ok. Gotta be honest. Still going through the 5day challenge…. First 2 days were easy’ish. Day 3, the list…. Still working on that, day 4, blocked the time, but didn’t stick to it, YET. Day 5, haven’t finished module, YET. But… this afternoon: 1 for 1💯 OC-1 TT- 1 Ask- 1 L- 0 (but agent did say he had someone looking & wasn’t sure where his financing status was) Your scripts, or ‘designed conversations’ are helping me feel more comfortable, so I can believe it when I say, It’s just what I Do!

I’m a Predictable Producer who loves making outbound phone calls, because, when I do, it helps me grow and get outside my comfort zone, so I can find and identify areas of home financing needs from my database, current and futures referral partners and future clients where I can create home loan strategies that align with their financial goals.
