Had another go at it, with a lil help… Dear Tracy Driver, Request for Disclosure of Documents and Evidence I write in relation to the drainage rate liabilities, Liability Orders, and Charging Orders concerning Cherrytree House, Euximoor, Christchurch, Wisbech PE14 9LT. This correspondence constitutes a formal request for disclosure of the documents, records, calculations, authorities, and evidence relied upon in asserting liability and pursuing enforcement action in this matter. For the avoidance of doubt, this request is not a refusal to engage. It is a request for the information necessary to understand, verify, and assess the basis upon which the alleged liabilities and subsequent enforcement actions have been pursued. Accordingly, I request copies of the following: 1. The complete account ledger relating to the property, including all charges, credits, payments, adjustments, costs, fees, interest, and balances. 2. All drainage rate assessments, valuations, calculations, and supporting records relied upon in determining liability. 3. Copies of all notices, demands, and correspondence issued in relation to the alleged liabilities. 4. Evidence of service for each notice, demand, summons, order, or other document relied upon. 5. Copies of all summons applications and supporting documentation submitted to the court. 6. Copies of all Liability Orders obtained, together with the evidence and documents relied upon in obtaining them. 7. Details of the court proceedings relied upon, including relevant court references, hearing dates, and copies of records held by your organisation. 8. Copies of all Charging Order applications, supporting evidence, witness statements, and related documents. 9. A detailed statement showing how each sum claimed has been calculated. 10. Documentary evidence supporting any penalties, costs, fees, interest, or additional charges applied. 11. Copies of any policies, procedures, statutory instruments, delegated authorities, or other documents relied upon in assessing liability and pursuing enforcement action.

Hya Bonez, the letter I posted isn’t a reply from MLDB, it is a brand new liability order MLDB haven’t even acknowledged the original letter I sent, so my way of thinking is to word something that they cannot ignore, I will be on zoom later, speak to you then!
