@Leanna Cappucci that sounds so much better. I actually have had cravings for carbs since I completed the fast yesterday. I am unclear about the aminos, is that something I need or can I do without. So just to clarify, I will get the same benefits if I do the lean proteins for 24 hour? When I do do it, can you set the plan for me?

@Leanna Cappucci I did make it to 6:00 am today, is that 72? I wasn’t feeling that great when I first woke up, felt really weak. I did improve after the bone broth and electrolytes. I ended up eating my eggs at 9 and spread them out until 12. But reading your posts and others, it seems like people felt pretty good by this morning. The only day that I felt good was Tuesday
