Hello! I just wanted to send you a note about the live breathwork sessions. As some of you may have noticed I’ve had many sessions that I have rescheduled and even canceled. Our family is going through a hard time with our daughter’s mental health and also the mental health of her girlfriend, who has been with us for over a year. They have been in and out of different programs, some have gone well and some not so much. My husband and I have missed a lot of work and traveled back and forth from Arizona this summer to be there for them. We are all home now, but our situation changes day to day. I apologize for the non consistent sessions and last minute schedule changes. Obviously our priority is their health and safety. Thank you so much for understanding! xx, Megan
