Welcome to the Clarity Circle - here's exactly what you have access to 🎉
Hey everyone! I wanted to put this together because I've been seeing some questions come up about what's available here, and honestly, that's on me. I should have made this clearer a long time ago. So let's fix that right now. Here's your complete guide to everything inside this community. - - - - - - - - - - FREE MEMBERS ✅ Just by being here, you have access to: - The Symptom Decoder Quiz - discover which hormone pillar to focus on first to reclaim your energy, strength, and confidence. Your top score is also your best starting point when you head into the Vault. - The Vault - found under the Classroom. This is your go-to resource library covering lab testing, gut health, insulin resistance, cortisol, and more. I'll keep adding to it over time -- and if there's something specific you want to see in there, just ask. - Live Q&A calls with our coaches - these happen every two weeks and are open to everyone. Jump on, bring your questions, and get real answers. Check the calendar inside the community and add the dates to your schedule so you don't miss them. That's yours, right now, no payment required. - - - - - - - - - - PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP -- $17/month 🌿 Premium is where things go deeper. For $17 a month, you get: - Dr. Stephanie's Live Office Hours - this is your chance to bring your questions directly to me. Not a coach. Me. - The Hormone Imbalance Quiz - find out what your symptoms are actually pointing to. - My e-book "The Normal Lie" - why your labs can say "normal" and you still feel terrible, and what to do about it. - The Five Pillars of Functional Health - a mini course covering the foundations of what the Root Rx program was built around. - Root Cause Reset Roadmap - a full course walking you through our root-cause approach step by step And every month, new resources get added. Premium grows with you. To upgrade to Premium, it takes about 30 seconds: 1. Go to your Profile Settings 2. Click Settings next to the Clarity Circle 3. Select Change Plan and choose Premium 4. That's it - you're in ✅

What if we have already paid $$$ for the program? Do we still need a monthly fee?
Anyone else with Lymphedema?
I can't believe with 22k members that I'm the only one! I'm 75 and 6 years ago during Covid era I was diagnosed w endometrial cancer. Successful total hysterectomy and no further treatment required. FIVE YEARS LATER?! I developed lymphedema of my right leg. I discovered surgeon had to remove 14 lymph nodes from Rt pelvic region bc the dye test didn't take. I don't resent that but I wish I had been warned about what might develop as time went on. I feel like I am educating my Drs instead of the other way around. Despite daytime and nightime compression garments, pumping my leg twice a day, losing 45 lbs and following a low/zero carb diet, doing lymphatic massage, I cannot make progress. I have heard that Tirzepatide can address the inflammatory process and women report that their legs or arms have greatly reduced in size even before losing much weight. But that is a non approved use of GLP1s so no one will write me a scrip even though I just want to microdose and see if it will help. I have signed up with RootRx and am waiting to do my labs and hopefully get some answers. Interested in hearing from anyone else who is on this journey with lymphedema.

@Jennifer Gibbons actually, just this morning I made my plea to my NEW endocrinologist and she wrote a scrip for zepbound 2.5! However, the out of pocket cost is over $1k/mo! She mentioned that I may need to access a compounding pharmacy so if you can point me to a reputable, affordable one in or near Lakeland FL I would be very grateful. She has also set me up for a testosterone test (which I believe you include in my basic labs) and a bone density test (last one was three years ago). In addition I made the argument for estradiol and she wrote a scrip for .5mg pill. I know most advocate for patch or creams so if you feel there is a big difference I'm willing to hear your concerns and attempt to pass them on to her. I was truly shocked that she took the time to listen although she had many concerns so we are moving forward anyway on a trial and error approach.

@Dr. Brenda Gill can you recommend any in particular?
Senior citizen who wants to change.
Hi! I'm so excited to be here. With the exception of one or two doctors in my 75 yr old life, I have felt unsupported by the medical profession. Once the idea of 'normal' vs 'optimal' was explained here, it became clear why. I look forward to being advised on proper labs and curated solutions to my various issues. I long to travel the way I used to, being able to scramble in and out of bunk beds in affordable group hostels and able to board a tour bus and walk up and down hills and be on my feet in museums. Getting older is not for sissies and I'm going to fight it with the help of the folks here!

@Melanie Berry look in Classroom and then The Vault. There is a power point about labs. I printed it out and plan to take to my primary and endocrinologist

@Judy D thank you so much!
looking forward!
melanie from west los angeles. i’m here to work with women who are seeking answers to issues not being adequately addressed by our conventional doctors within the 15 minutes that are alloted to a visit. current top three things are dealing with gut issues, belly weight, and fatigue. right now is trying to suss out blood tests. what other tests outside of the normal tests ive done that would be useful. the other main agenda item is to figure out my gut issues. im working thru the process of getting a sibo test right now…which is not easy with my network medi-cal insurance. holistic & natural solutions over medication anytime they can be applied. getting to the root is my priority. i’ve learned to harness my adhd without medication, basically because i didnt know i had it until i was 60 and was just using anonyous programs’ 12 steps to help me learn how to move through life. i do use a couple supplements currently to help with it because menopause really set me back in some ways. i had to diligently reapply everything i learned to get to where i was pre-menopause. its lovely there is so much attention being focused on peri & menopause. but there is post too!

Melanie -ditto! Have several issues to resolve and feel certain it can be accomplished without throwing more meds at the problem. I was sitting in my primary's office crying out of frustration and anger over being unsupported and she very strongly wanted to write a scrip for antidepressant! Hey! How about running some labs?
