I’ve always wanted to learn the graceful movements of Tai Chi. I learned of Tai Chi from movies featuring groups of people performing a variety of Tai Chi movements. I live in Dallas, TX and have not been able to find any Tai Chi training offered. Plenty Yoga training in the area but no Tai Chi. I’m concerned about not having an in person trainer to correct any incorrect positions. However, I’m excited about this training on Skool because the instructor seems to ease into the various movements, providing time for me to correct positions and movements when observed by my adult daughters. Sometimes I think I’m mimicking the positions and movements of the instructor only to have my daughters point out a significant detail I may have missed. I want to start moving again to feel better about myself. I’m hoping to develop more self-care routines and make self-care a priority in my life now. Better late than never!
