Hi Roger/All, I voted for seminar for biz set-up. However I am still in the researching Paraguay stage...which I have done some of already off/on over the years. BTW I live in Chile already, also other places...so past the newbie to moving/places...just saying. Anyways...I know every place has it's ups/downs, pro/cons and Paraguay has so much going for it. However before really getting serious about setting up a business... there are a few negative points regarding (an issue) I've seen in data tables... Is the present government making some strides to improve it's standing about reducing public corruption perceptions? Or do people think those indexes are missing something, wrong, other?
