Hey all! So one of my providers has set a goal for 100g of protein per day. Although that isn’t happening everyday for me, I have enhanced my oatmeal to get me a quarter of that goal. Kodiak Oatmeal: 12g Kodiak Granola: (1/2 a serving): 8g Walnuts: 5g Blueberries And a dash of honey. 🫣
