Increasing Protein
Hey all! So one of my providers has set a goal for 100g of protein per day. Although that isn’t happening everyday for me, I have enhanced my oatmeal to get me a quarter of that goal. Kodiak Oatmeal: 12g Kodiak Granola: (1/2 a serving): 8g Walnuts: 5g Blueberries And a dash of honey. 🫣

Hi everyone! My name is Jazmin. I am from California but I am currently residing in Idaho. I am looking forward to being a part of this community. I am a wife and a mom. My life is never not exciting. I am almost always busy but I try to find ways to make time for things that are important to me. My health has been put on the back burner for too long.
