Hey I'm trying to manage per week: 5Γ gym ( PPL, pyro/core, upper) 2Γ football craft sessions (usually training but club on break) 1Γ speed/agility 1Γ football oval fartlek training 3laps, 3 sets 1Γ 7km run - How to space this out to let your legs recover fully while having a leg day & 3 running sessions? - Is ppl not the right gym strategy or should it be more upper lower slits (i go between 4-8 reps for most exercises)?
