Wins Go Here
This space exists to acknowledge progress — not perfection. Wins can be: - big or small - internal or external - physical, mental, emotional, or behavioral Examples: - showing up when you didn’t want to - keeping a promise to yourself - choosing discipline over impulse - completing a weekly challenge - Posting wins reinforces identity. We celebrate effort, not ego.

Day 2 done! Today day 3 will be victorious
Why this feels boring (and why that’s good)
If this week feels quiet, repetitive, or uneventful, nothing is wrong. That’s the work. Discipline isn’t built in intensity. It’s built in repetition. If you’re still showing up, you’re rebuilding trust with yourself. Keep going. Drop a “Still here” below if you’ve stayed consistent.

Still here!!
NO NEGOTIATION — DAY 1
This week is about one thing only: keeping your word to yourself. Not intensity. Not perfection. Not motivation. The rule For the next 7 days, you choose one small action and you do it every day, no matter what. No negotiating. No excuses. No mood-based decisions. Your action Choose one non negotiable action for the week. Examples: - 10 minute walk - Protein with one meal - 5 minutes of journaling - Early bedtime - One intentional pause before reacting It must be: - Small - Realistic - Repeatable daily The standard You do it even when you don’t feel like it. Especially then. That’s how self trust is rebuilt. Daily check in Each day, come back to this post and comment: “Done — Day X” No explanations needed. Just ownership. What success looks like You finish the week knowing: “I do what I say I’ll do.” That’s the foundation of discipline. That’s the beginning of change. 🕯️ The light you carry grows when you keep your word. Comment “I’m in” and write your one non negotiable action below.

Great work everyone
To Lead with Light
For the past few years, I’ve worked towards being a light for others. Creating opportunities for them to experience love, joy and laughter. Tough some days, but I’m committed to my truth of being a light for others.

I think that it starts with being the light for yourself. Say what you mean and mean what you say. Decide for yourself quietly and stick to your decision. Others will recognize something even if they are not sure what they are seeing but it will motivate them to figure it out. With out trying your light is starting to lead. That is you Izzy
Tomorrow, we begin.
This week is not about doing more. It’s about doing what you said you would do. One small promise. One intentional action. One moment where you choose yourself. Tomorrow’s challenge is simple, but it’s not easy. And that’s the point. If you’ve been waiting for the right time, this is it. Rest tonight. Decide what you’re committing to. Tomorrow, we move. Together. 🕯️ The light you carry grows when you keep your word. Comment “I’m in” if you’re showing up tomorrow.
