I am 31 and I will have to be in a college town for a few months. I know that there is a huge stigma against age gaps when the guy is older (not so much if the woman is since "Cougar"). Michael is in Vegas and I know in big cities, it is not that big of a deal if a woman in her early 20s dates an older guy. How bad is life in college town for older guys?

I have noticed that in the social circle game community, a lot of guys try to bash and gaslight cold approachers and say nonsense like "oh you will never get her through cold approach bro". However, after having observed the game for years, I have seen so many cases where a guy with a big social circle has girls that sort of use him and then some random guy comes along, cold approaches her, and ends up closing her. It's like guys who try to work on social media and social circle game, there is a subset of them that are too scared to cold approach and just use social media game as an escape for it.

So I know Michael has a cat and I am dealing with a unique situation. I am going to travel to a few cities this year. I have a pet rabbit and am soon taking in my sister's pet cat that she needs to get rid of. She dumped it on my mom for a bit but mom cannot take care of it anymore. I don't want it to go to a shelter either so I thought of taking it in. So I am going to have a rabbit and a cat. There is a fear if I am not careful, the cat eats the rabbit. For guys that travel, game, and do a lot of going out, is it really sustainable to have two pets?

So I have started to throw some events and try out some of what Sartain coaches and I have had a turnout to some pre-games, parties, and building out a social circle. However, I live in a building in Miami that also draws in a lot of UM girls. It puzzles me because when the building opened it was all families but then in the past 6 months its been overrun by rich college kids. I also became good friends with a promoter. I have thrown some pre-games at my place and the neighbors on my floor are college kids (who can somehow afford to live in a freaking luxury apartment!) and the last one had a few UM sorority girls show up. It kind of scared me a bit because some of these women might not even be 21 and I find it odd that college girls are interacting with older dudes since well, they have plenty of rich frat guys and athletes to go for. Maybe I been brainwashed? I always hear that college girls and a dude in his 30s is just odd and weird. A promoter I am friends with uses my apartment for pre-games since it is a nice spot and his spot is not as good, it is a trade-off. He is also in his 30s. I have told him to keep college girls out of my apartment because it is risky given the age gap and us being in the US where people make a huge deal out of that. Promoter friend tells me I am over-reacting and that it "happens all the time in Miami" (I doubt that). Can you guys give me more input?
