🚀 5 AI Tools Worth Knowing + An Important Academy Update
AI tools are moving incredibly fast. But the goal isn't to use every new tool that appears. The goal is to know which tool to use, when to use it, and how to put it to work. Here are 5 worth having in your AI toolkit: 1️⃣ ChatGPT — Brainstorming, writing, problem-solving, strategy and everyday AI work 2️⃣ Gemini — Research, analysis and working across Google's ecosystem 3️⃣ Canva AI — Visuals, presentations, designs and content creation 4️⃣ Perplexity — Fast, source-backed research and information discovery 5️⃣ Claude — Writing, deep analysis, documents and complex knowledge work But here's the bigger point: The tool matters less than what you learn to do with it. 👇 Which one do you use the most, and what do you actually use it for?

I use Claude most. It drives a browser agent that logs actions to a local file, so I can check what it did and pick up where it left off.
🎓 An Important Update on Academy Levels
As our community grows, I'm going to start connecting some of our more advanced courses and resources to Skool Levels. Why? Because I don't want this Academy to become another place where people join, download information, and disappear. I want us to learn from each other. That means asking questions. Sharing what you're trying. Commenting on other members' ideas. Posting your results. Sharing what worked and what didn't. Helping someone when you have experience they can benefit from. Feel free to post anything else that adds value to the community. Some courses will remain available to everyone, while increasingly advanced content will be unlocked as you progress through the community. And as we grow, the quality and depth of the courses will grow with us. The goal isn't activity for activity's sake. It's contribution, learning, and progress. So don't just consume the Academy. Participate in it. Build with us. Help make it better. 🚀 And let's start right here: 👇 Which AI tools do you use most now?

I mostly use an LLM to drive a browser agent, so the model is doing the navigation rather than just answering questions. What I'm still figuring out is when to stop the agent and hand a conversation to a person.

@Anthony Chaine Right now I flag anything ambiguous and leave it for review instead of guessing. It's still a balance between stopping too early and risking a wrong action.
🔥Claude Cowork: From AI Assistant to AI Coworker PATH🤖
Claude Cowork is one of the most important shifts happening in AI right now, especially for people who don't want to become programmers. The simplest way to understand it is: - Claude Chat helps you think about the work. - Claude Cowork can actually perform the work. Anthropic describes Cowork as bringing the same agentic architecture behind Claude Code to everyday knowledge work, without requiring a terminal. Instead of answering one prompt at a time, it can plan a multi-step job, break it into pieces, use tools and files, execute the work, and return a finished result. 🧠 What does that actually mean? Suppose you have a folder containing: - 20 customer invoices - several Excel files - meeting notes - customer proposals - PDFs - sales reports - With ordinary Claude Chat, you might upload documents and ask questions about them. **With Cowork, you could give it a job** 🧑‍⚖️PROMPT: Go through these files. Organize the customers. Create a spreadsheet showing revenue by customer. Identify accounts that declined. Create a management summary and put the finished files in this folder.” Cowork can plan and execute those steps rather than merely explaining how you should do them. It can directly read and write files in folders you authorize, create spreadsheets, presentations, and documents, coordinate subtasks, browse websites, and use connected applications ''' That's the fundamental change: - Prompt → Answer becomes - Goal → Plan → Actions → Finished Work ❓Why should you care? Because this is where AI starts moving from assistant toward digital worker. 🧠Imagine saying: “Every Monday, review these reports, compare them with last week, identify anything unusual, and prepare my management briefing.” Cowork supports scheduled tasks that can run remotely even when your computer isn't online. Or: “Take these meeting notes and build the presentation for Friday.” Or: “Research these competitors, organize the findings, create a comparison spreadsheet, and prepare an executive report.”

@Anthony Chaine The read-heavy approach is exactly what I'm doing. I log every action to a local file before executing it, so if something goes wrong mid-run, I can see exactly where it stopped and whether it's safe to retry.
Deciding when to hand off a conversation
I'm working on a browser assistant that runs through a few actions on its own, then hands off to a person when things get unclear. The hard part is picking that handoff point. Too early and it never finishes a task; too late and it risks sending something wrong. Right now I flag anything ambiguous and leave it for review instead of guessing.
