Hello everyone. I’m Jay from Northeast Georgia. I recently launched a Substack called "Midnight Letters", a place where I write to men in my stage of life about the things we don’t always slow down to name — self‑care, self‑worth, self‑acceptance, self‑esteem, all the pieces that make up how we see ourselves in the second half of life. I’m here because I’m looking for community, real engagement, and the kind of discovery that only happens when people show up honestly. Writing has always been home for me. Blogging especially. But the landscape has shifted, and AI has changed the way the digital world moves. I’m learning as I go, trying to understand how to build something meaningful in this new space. Eventually, I want to explore self‑employment more deeply — to carve out a path that lets me write, create, and connect on my own terms.
