💬 A Quiet Invitation
I do not know about you, however my life has never moved in a straight, steady line. If yours does; if each step builds neatly on the last; if momentum comes easily and stays that way; you can stop reading right now. This is probably not for you. I am writing for those whose path has been more uneven. For those who know what it feels like to care deeply about what they are building, and still find themselves interrupted by overwhelm, burnout, or quiet self-doubt. Not constantly, of course. Just often enough to slow you down. Just often enough to make you question yourself. I am writing for those who have tried other programs, frameworks, or mindset tools. Some of them may have helped in the moment. Some of them may even have worked briefly. But they did not hold. They required too much force. Too much certainty. Too much performance. My new course, Inner Posture, Outer Progress, is for those who are not broken, unmotivated, or lacking discipline; but simply tired of pushing against themselves in order to move forward. It is not a magic fix. It is a grounded approach to mindset, identity, and sustainable growth. It is for people who: • Have experience, not just ambition • Are building something meaningful, not chasing shortcuts • Want steadiness more than intensity • Are open to reflection, but resistant to hype • Know that growth is possible, but do not believe it needs to hurt This is not a challenge. It does not promise transformation on a timeline. It does not ask you to become someone else. It is a short, grounded course about inner posture; how the stories you live inside shape how you experience the work you care about outside; and how releasing pressure often makes consistency possible again. If you recognize yourself here, you are welcome to take a look. If not, that is perfectly fine. This was written for a specific kind of person. You will know if that person is you. You will find Inner Posture, Outer Progress in our community classroom, near the bottom. Your Pathway To Growth community is free to join. There is a nominal registration fee for the course. More information can be found in the "Buy (Purchase) Items" folder in the "What You'll Find Inside" course module in the classroom.

📌 Intensity vs Consistency
There is a long-standing idea that progress comes from intensity; working harder, pushing longer, or applying more force when results feel slow. That belief is understandable, especially in cultures that reward visible effort and short-term wins. However, research across multiple disciplines suggests a different pattern. Studies in behavioral psychology and habit formation consistently show that small actions done consistently over time produce more reliable long-term results than short periods of intense effort. The reason is not complicated. Intensity depends heavily on motivation, and motivation is unstable. It rises when things feel hopeful or exciting and drops when life becomes demanding, uncertain, or repetitive. Consistency, on the other hand, relies less on emotional fuel and more on structure and familiarity. When an action becomes part of a routine, it requires less decision-making energy. It continues even when enthusiasm fades, circumstances change, or progress is not immediately visible. This pattern appears repeatedly across different areas of life. In learning, people who study a little each day retain information far better than those who rely on last-minute cramming. In health, moderate, repeatable habits tend to outperform extreme regimens that are difficult to sustain. In work and creative pursuits, steady engagement often leads to deeper skill development and fewer cycles of burnout than periodic bursts of overexertion.

📌 Intensity vs Consistency
📌 Some people thrive in clearly defined lanes. Others do not.
Many of us; women and men alike; find ourselves building, rebuilding, or re-orienting our lives and work in ways that are anything but linear. Experience accumulates. Confidence comes and goes. Clarity shows up in pieces. Your Pathway To Growth exists for people in that middle space. It is a mentoring environment for thoughtful adults who want to move forward without being rushed, talked down to, or pushed into someone else’s version of success. It welcomes both women and men who value reflection, integrity, and steady progress over hustle and performance. Inside, the focus is not on fixing you or motivating you into action. It is on helping you: • regain clarity when things feel scattered or heavy • rebuild momentum without burnout • develop confidence that is grounded, not performative • grow at a pace your real life can support The work is shaped by lived experience and guided conversation, not formulas or pressure. It is built on the belief that meaningful growth happens best when people feel respected, understood, and supported; regardless of gender, background, or season of life. If you are looking for a mentoring space that values collaboration, thoughtful guidance, and the strength that comes from learning together, you are welcome to explore Your Pathway To Growth. No urgency. No hype. Just a place to continue, with care. https://www.skool.com/your-pathway-to-growth-5059 The time to find your guide is before you get lot in the woods!

Glad Ted Goff made the move
Great to see the daily cartoon made the move 😆 @Stephen B. Henry , just an FYI, that Ted was in such a hurry to move that his name is spelled “ed Goff” on the link.
