But the steps required from absolute 0 that we have seen work to get there multiple times... Who would want it? Right now I've condensed this down into about 6 "Stages/Levels" and in breaking it down as clear and step by step as I can... I've got something that should give literally all of you a clear path with checkpoints / Level Up intervals so you can not only self-identify where you're at... But also how to get to the next level. (Literally as step-by-step as we can think of making it) If this is something you want or need... Drop a GIF and let me know. I need help, my A2P failed again, this is the 6th time, I had GHL tech walk me step by step and it failed, and every time I get on a zoom with them they are always changing things and it gets rejected. Have my VA do it and Failed. I tried A2P wizard, copy and pasted the examples and Failed. This is getting frustrating and if anyone can help I would be grateful for any help.

What’s up everyone, I could use some help from anyone who’s built voice AI agents that book appointments reliably. I’ve got a voice agent that sounds great and handles conversations well, but when it goes to book an appointment it keeps bypassing “non-negotiable” qualifying questions. I’m seeing appointments get booked without basics like: - Name - Best call-back number - Address (city/zip) - Homeowner or permission to schedule - Type of service (repair vs tune-up, HVAC vs plumbing, etc.) I’ve tried re-prompting and tightening the script, but it still sometimes jumps straight to “what day/time works” and books without collecting required info. So I’m debating a different approach: Option A: Keep the voice agent booking directly, but I need a reliable way to force a required question flow before it can confirm the appointment. Option B: Have the voice agent only suggest appointment windows (day/time preference), then say something like:“Perfect, I’ll have our office team confirm the appointment and grab the last required details.”Then a human (or a separate workflow) finalizes it. If you’ve solved this, what worked best for you?Also if you’re open to it, I’d love to jump on a quick Zoom and I’m happy to share what I’ve built on my end too.

This video took 10 minutes to create, unlike the HeyGen/ElevenLabs one. I think there is an 8-second limit on the videos. To make a longer video, I would string multiple clips together (like in this video). I WANT TO STRESS, DON'T TAKE TIME AWAY FROM YOUR REVENUE PRODUCING WORK TO DO THIS STUFF!
