Wonderful Wednesday🌻
“A warm smile is the universal language of kindness.” — William Arthur Ward A smile. A wave. A simple "Good morning." It's amazing how something so small can completely change the tone of a day. The best part? Kindness has a way of spreading. One person smiles, another smiles back, and before you know it, you've created a ripple you may never even see. 💬 Today's challenge: Make a point to smile at or say hello to one person you wouldn't normally talk to today. Then come back and tell us: How did it make YOU feel? 🌈My guess is you'll brighten your own day, too.

I didn’t try the ‘smile at a stranger’ thing yesterday because I didn’t see anyone I didn’t know, but this morning (Thursday) was fun smiling at all the other folks out walking the trail. Some didn’t notice, some probably thought I was creepy, but some definitely smiled back. Fun stuff 😃

Due to the rainy morning, I didn’t feel like getting my swiggle on and complete a morning walk. But, I did go out and was surprised at the amount of other people out getting their run or walk in…even the rain. Made me happy with the thought that all these other folks probably had the same thought as myself but they decided to push through and do there thing (committed). Moving forward & pushing ahead of the rest 💪🏻👍🏻

I notice that I’m stopping and thinking (regrouping) more before getting angry, upset or discombobulated over the small stuff.RELAX & BREATH. Life is short…and I think it’s great to realize that 😁
