☀️Motivating Monday☀️
I saw this (Below) and thought it was the perfect reminder to start our week. We tend to measure progress by what we can see. The number on the scale. The finished project. The new opportunity. The changed habit. The breakthrough. But some of our most important growth happens long before there’s anything to show for it. Every time you meditate, journal, create, refocus, make a better choice, or simply show up again — you’re putting down roots. So if you've been doing the work but aren't seeing the results yet… Don't mistake “not yet” for “not happening.” Keep showing up. Your roots may simply be getting ready for what comes next. Happy Motivating Monday!

Soulful Sunday
“Journal writing is a voyage to the interior.” — Christina Baldwin Today, let’s come back to one of our four practices: journaling. Sometimes we think we need something profound to write about. We don’t. Set the timer for 11 minutes and start with one simple question: What do I need more of in my life right now? Don’t overthink it. Don’t edit it. Don’t worry about whether it sounds good. Just write. You might be surprised where 11 quiet minutes and a blank page take you. And remember — the goal of 4 Cubed was never perfection. It was simply making a little space for ourselves. 11 minutes. One page. One question. What might yours reveal today?🌈

Saturday Thought
“Some of us think holding on makes us strong, but sometimes it is letting go.” — Hermann Hesse We talk a lot about what we want to add to our lives. More joy. More peace. More love. More opportunity. More good people and good moments. But sometimes, before something new can come in… we have to make room for it. Let go of the grudge. Let go of needing to be right. Let go of the conversation you keep replaying. Let go of something that simply isn't serving you anymore. Not because it didn’t matter. But because maybe it doesn’t need to take up space today. Think of it like cleaning out a closet — sometimes you don’t realize how much room something was taking up until it’s gone. So this Saturday, maybe we ask ourselves: What can I let go of to make a little more room for something better? You never know what might be waiting for the space.🌈
@Lisa Gonsalves I appreciate your truth....anyway you can make more room for peace ...I am here for that!!
@Christy Fields Thank you for sharing.....This is usually a hard one to hear, but forgiveness is usually the answer. Forgive not because what he did was okay, but because you deserve to be free from carrying the anger. Forgiveness is for you, not him. And sometimes it happens a little bit at a time. Be kind to yourself and know that just knowing you want to let go of it means you are on the right path. Find some joy today. ☀️❤️
Feel-Good Friday!! ☀️
“Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.” — William James Here’s a little Friday brain trick: Think of ONE tiny thing you’ve been putting off that would take less than five minutes. Make the appointment. Put the thing away. Send the text. Water the plant. Delete the 47 screenshots you apparently thought you’d need someday. 😂 Then… DO IT. Small unfinished tasks have a funny way of taking up more mental space than they deserve. So today, clear one tiny thing out of your head and make a little more room for the weekend. Bonus points if it’s something ridiculously small.🌈 👇 What’s your five-minute task?
Mine is clear my desk of clutter. Seriously… why do I currently have 5 pens, a wallet, loose change AND a set of house keys sitting on my desk? 😂
@Jennifer Anderson Wahoo!! Great Job!!
Thoughtful Thursday
“The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” — Albert Einstein Here’s a question we don’t ask ourselves very often: When was the last time you did something for the FIRST time? It doesn’t have to be big. Try a new food. Listen to a different kind of music. Take a different route. Learn one strange fact. Sit somewhere you’ve never sat before. Our brains LOVE novelty. New experiences get our attention, wake us up a little, and can even help us create stronger memories. Maybe today’s 4 Cubed practice isn’t about finding an answer. Maybe it’s about getting curious again. What’s something you’ve done for the first time recently?
