Motivating Monday 🌟
“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” — Robert Collier Forget the giant leap today. We’re all about the tiny wins. One journal entry. One deep breath. One walk around the block. One kind thought toward yourself. Tiny things done consistently become big things before we even notice. ✨ What’s one small win you’re claiming before noon today?
My big win for the day...I got up super early, and made this post. I have a busy day and didn't want to miss a day!! Small ....slow and steady!! Also if any of you would like to invite anyone to this group...please feel free. My intention is that it starts the day out on a positive step.⚡❤️☀️.
@Lisa Gonsalves Your team is very lucky to have such a great cheerleader!!
🌿 Sunday Experiment
What if today wasn’t about getting it right…just about trying something new—once. Nothing big. Nothing overwhelming. Because your brain actually loves tiny new experiences…they boost motivation and help you feel a little more alive (without the pressure). So here’s your Sunday experiment: 👉 Try ONE tiny new thing today 👉 No need to be good at it 👉 Just curiosity Ideas if you need one: - Take a different route somewhere - Sit in silence for 2 minutes - Write one random thought in your journal - Listen to a song you’ve never heard Keep it light. Keep it easy. What are you trying today? 👇
@Bradly Mena-Spaulding I am thrilled with this new scale.....I feel like the other one was lying too much and just not as competent as the new one. 😆😂.
🌞 Silly Saturday:
Somewhere along the way…we traded play for productivity. But here’s the truth—your brain actually resets and recharges when you do something just for fun. No goal. No outcome. Just…because. So here’s your Silly Saturday reset: 👉 Do ONE thing today your 8-year-old self would love Could be: - Riding a bike - Drawing something random or coloring - Playing music too loud - Laying in the sun doing absolutely nothing No rules. No judgment. Just a little joy. Prompt:What’s your 8-year-old self choosing today? 👇
✨ Fabulous Friday ✨
“Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.” — Robert Brault Here’s a simple thought for today: Most of life isn’t made up of the big moments…it’s the small ones we almost rush past. The quick laughThe deep breathThe “that was actually a good moment” Your brain is wired to notice problems first…but when you pause and notice something good, it actually starts to look for more of it. 👉 So today, just catch one moment…and let it count Easy and fun:What’s one small thing today that made you smile? 👇
🌿 Throwback Thursday🌿
Remember when being kind was just… normal? Let’s bring a little of that back today. Quick science moment 🧠Kindness boosts feel-good chemicals in YOU…the PERSON receiving it, AND even people who see it 👀 So one small act = a whole ripple. And since we never really know what someone else is going through…it might matter more than we think. Life can be a struggle sometimes. Today’s move:One small, simple act of kindness 🌈 👉 Drop a ❤️ if you’re in 👉 Drop a 🌈 when you have completed it 😀 AND...Extra points if you share your experience. It might help us all get ideas....
I’m taking a care package over to the neighbors. She’s a little under the weather and I’m excited to walk her dog for her !
@Elisabeth Shade oh..that gave me a great idea about gettingJulio over there for a visit!!
