I have a dinner party today so I'm gonna eat late and was super hungry so whipped up a quicky. Some Greek yogurt with fresh chopped strawberries and mango chunks and big dollop of Nutella cause I really wanted to eat chocolate🫣 Also it Friday so just had a lazy workout

I've been MIA for last couple of weeks cause of work. Started from today's all over again. Had only one meal in a day 5:00 - 6:00pm Had BBQ for dinner. And here's my workout
