Customers (Agency Owners)
Was talking to someone lately about where to get customers (as an agency owner). I gave them my two cents: Customers can come from anywhere. However, you have to provide some value upfront. What used to work: - White papers - Webinars - Ebooks Forget it. This is 2024. Social media and conversational AI is where it's at. Case in point: I regularly use Reddit; it's a great platform to meet people looking to try new things. Reddit users are some of the most tech-savvy on the planet, so it's not an easy sell. But if you answer people's questions honestly, you'll find they're very receptive to your product/service. The same can apply to other socials like LinkedIn, X, Instagram, or TikTok. The future of sales and marketing, as well as customer acquisition, is social. What do you think?
