Can you tell me what’s the problem with my plants. Temperature is maintained properly. Humidity is in between 45-60% Seeds were soaked properly sunflower and pea shoots. But this is the condition right now. Today is 8th day

Day -9 Pea shoots are doing great in 1 tray, The reason 2 trays doesn’t come out well because I soaked them in a same jar and they doubled in size and not able to soak properly. Sunflower- 1 trays spoiled due to mold and not properly soaking the seeds. 2 other trays are doing well but i encountered an issue with the watering i was giving less water so they dampened but @Mike Hicks helped me out and i am able to save them. Broccoli- all 3 trays germinated well . But the leaf size doesn’t expand that much as compared to stem. Arugula- All 3 trays are doing well but the same issue with the leaf are not getting big enough. Raddish- Germination gone well. They dampened too but I control them after giving enough water.

I harvested today. I gave out the free samples. I made the salad mix with all the varieties.
