Definitely influence. Use me Lord!
Let’s Do This! (Action step 5/22/2026)
Action Step for the Weekend This weekend, take some intentional time to pray and ask God to reveal one person He wants you to invest in and disciple. Don’t overcomplicate it. Simply ask: “Lord, who have You placed in my life that You want me to encourage, walk alongside, and help grow closer to You?” As you pray, write down any name that comes to mind. Then ask God for wisdom, opportunities, and courage to take the next step. Remember what Paul wrote: “And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.” — 2 Timothy 2:2 (NIV) Discipleship doesn’t always start with a Bible study. Sometimes it starts with a conversation, a coffee meeting, a text message, or simply being present in someone’s life. Challenge: Before Monday, identify one person and pray for them by name. Then look for one practical way to connect with them next week. Drop a 🙏 in the comments if you’re committing to pray and ask God who that one person is. Let’s be disciples who make disciples. 💪🔥

Very exciting stuff!!!
Power House Community
Powerhouse Community 🔥 Looking through the members tab today honestly fired me up. Seeing all the names in this community and realizing who God is bringing together here has me incredibly excited for what’s ahead. This isn’t just another online group. God is building something powerful. We are stacked with mighty men and women of God who genuinely carry a heart for people, discipleship, leadership, prayer, and advancing the Kingdom of God. The passion, wisdom, experience, and hunger represented here is special. I truly believe lives are going to be changed, leaders are going to be raised up, and real Kingdom impact is going to come out of the relationships being built inside this community. This is only the beginning. 🔥🙌

1 Corinthians 9:25 teaches us "Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever." Paul used this metaphor to teach us that no amount of training or effort will earn us God's approval and love. Leaderboards are fun and a little competition is great, but I know I have to be careful because PRIDE is always close when we measure anything except HIS victory!

What is God Teaching You?
In a world full of noise, distractions, and surface-level conversations… real connection has become rare. One thing God has been teaching many of us is the importance of slowing down and truly listening to Him and to each other. This community isn’t about just scrolling past posts, it’s about building genuine relationships, encouraging one another, growing together, and having conversations that actually matter. So let’s talk: What is one thing God has been teaching you recently that has changed the way you see people, leadership, faith, or relationships? Take a moment and share below. Then encourage someone else in the comments. 👇

I am learning patience in this season—patience with God's plan for my life. I trust that His plans for me are good and that they will be revealed to me in His timing, not mine. I am also learning patience in my relationships. Through prayer, I ask for grace to receive people exactly where they are, even when I do not fully understand them or completely agree with them. I rest in the knowledge that God is at work in their lives just as He is in mine. Daily, I am learning patience in my leadership and decision-making as well. I want to be still and let God lead the way—to listen without simply waiting for my turn to speak. Asking God to give me patience when things do not go my way and the wisdom not to jump to conclusions. The Word of God teaches that the patience I am learning is a core value and a fruit of the Spirit. James 1:3 says, "because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance." With that in mind, I welcome the lesson and all the stretching it brings.
