Well, after a chaotic week back at the desk... My first thought, has anyone had any success in streamlining Administrative tasks within a Brokerage or similar? As a Firm we're sure there's opportunities there, but can't quite put our finger on what can be improved.

I was part of a conversation in another excellent group recently. Someone posed the question about what real estate jargon you use. Below is the line I used the most in finance, as sadly I see it all the time. It's fine when you get away with it, but when the music stops and you haven't repaid Peter then the trouble starts. That last sentence is a continuation of my jargon 😂 I then combined chatgpt with what I was thinking. I simply said to chatgpt 'please give me a illustration of the saying 'robbing Peter to pay Paul'. I didn't know what would come out, but I think it nailed it! I have been a huge user of Large Language Models (LLMS) for the past 12 months.
