Hi All, I am happy to say the new school year has started off great! After a restful summer break, I had time to process and strategize on how to organize and be more efficient with my time. I am starting to see the effects of those good habits on my family. I am grateful 🙌🏾

The Law of Reflection Ch.4
Today’s book club was great! We discussed the importance of reflection. The author gave 10 steps to self reflect. After all, experience is not a teacher if we don’t reflect on the experience to learn the lesson. This is why we may repeat the same experiences over and over without learning a darn thing. This week’s action steps are: 1. Find a place to spend time with yourself for deep reflection. 2. Schedule a daily time to reflect preferably before bed. 3. Be sure to ask yourself detailed questions that will help understand your area of focus and be honest about your responses. We hope to see you on the next call.

The book club’s zoom last Sunday was great. We talked about a plethora of things and the hours that we spent seemed to flow effortlessly. I am really grateful to have an opportunity to spend this time with my 3 sons and their peers! We get such a wealth of information from our exchanges and dialogue, it really opens up more and more. This is a definite game changer and I highly recommend for teens and parents who are on a journey of introspection and self growth, who desire to be apart of a safe and welcoming community.
