Airport meal #1
I picked up a vanilla almond milk latte and an extra cup of hot water for this protein oatmeal. A Babybel on the side. I have a much longer layover in Minneapolis, so I'll eat lunch there - hoping I can find some chili to get another serving of beans in for the week! My gates were about 50 gates apart; the Detroit airport even has a tram for just the Delta gates, but I'm walking it to get my steps in!

Slow and steady
Got in 3.14 m on the treadmill after work. I’m not fast (steady walk at 3.8 with the occasional increase to 4.3 for a slow jog) but I’m getting in my steps and movement.
